I bring a calm, steady presence into the birth space, offering both emotional reassurance and practical support as you move through labor. My role is to help you feel grounded, informed, and never alone in your decisions. I support both first-time and experienced moms in preparing for a peaceful, natural birth and staying confident as labor unfolds.

Prenatal Support: We meet 3 to 5 times or as needed throughout your pregnancy to help you feel prepared, informed, and supported. During these prenatals, we discuss everything from the birth plan to how I can best support you, and any other topics you'd like to go over.
Pregnancy Support: Phone and text support provided for questions, reassurance, and guidance. I also offer sharing of birth-related information, resources, and personalized advice to support your informed decision-making throughout pregnancy.
On-Call Availability: 24/7 on-call support beginning at 37 weeks, so you can feel confident knowing I am ready whenever labor begins.
Birth Support: In-person, continuous support during labor and delivery. I remain with you through your birth experience, offering emotional, physical, spiritual, and informational support every step of the way.

Frequently asked questions
When should I book doula services?
I recommend booking as early as possible in your pregnancy to ensure availability, ideally in your first trimester. However, if you find yourself looking for a doula later on in pregnancy, please reach out and see if I am available!
Do you support hospital births, birth center births, and home births?
Currently, I am only taking planned home births. However, I understand that plans can quickly change due to health and other related reasons, and I have experience supporting in a hospital setting should the need arise. Inquire for more information!
What does it mean when you are "on-call?"
Being on-call means I am officially available for you beginning at 37 weeks. During this time, I keep my phone on and ringer turned on at all times, and I make myself ready to leave for your birth whenever you need me. I stay in close communication as you near labor and remain prepared to meet you at your home, birth center, or hospital once labor begins.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, payment plans are available. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your due date, and the remaining balance may be split leading up to your birth if necessary.
